The CTTC Valley Chapter released the following information on Nov. 17, 2020 re: their Friday, November 20, 2020 meeting via Zoom at 7:00 PM PST.

This month we will be having a two-topic program:

Zoology - Reptiles
First, we will be having a 30-minute program on Zoology and Reptiles covering their role in the environment and conservation measures being taken. We will see a presentation by Dr. Donald Moore, Director of the Oregon Zoo and Smithsonian National Zoo as he illustrates and discusses some aspects of turtles and other reptiles and some extraordinary efforts being taken to help sustain animal life which actually benefits humans and our existence.

Brumation Preparation of Your Tortoises
We will also have a brief discussion on preparing your tortoises for a proper brumation. Even though your tortoises should already be in brumation, we want to make sure they are properly doing so.

To receive an invitation and instructions for joining the Zoom session you must be a member of the CTTC-Valley Chapter. You can Join Here.
